We want you to be fully satisfied with your home improvement purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the item in its original BLACK+DECKER packaging, ensuring all power cords, attachments, and documentation are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
